In dieser Rolle betreuen Sie moderne IT-Systeme und unterstützen den stabilen Betrieb der IT-Infrastruktur. Sie arbeiten an technischen Lösungen, Supportprozessen und der Weiterentwicklung bestehender Systeme., HESYS Engineering is a partner for challenging projects in Aerospace and high-tech. In this role, you support modern IT systems and help ensure stable IT infrastructure operations. You work on technical solutions, support processes and the further development of existing systems.

Your tasks

• Support modern IT systems and ensure stable daily operations
• Analyze and resolve incidents in first- and second-level support
• Install, commission and document infrastructure systems
• Carry out manual and automated updates for hardware and software
• Maintain user, asset and infrastructure data
• Communicate with customers, departments and external partners

Your profile

• Completed vocational training in IT or comparable qualification
• Degree in computer science or business informatics is an advantage
• Experience with networks, servers and operating systems
• Knowledge of Windows and Linux infrastructures
• Experience with switch configuration or virtualization is an advantage
• Negotiation-level German and advanced English skills
