Requirements

Must be able to lift 40 pounds. Valid Florida Driver’s License and PBC Risk Management Department driving history approval prior to appointment., * A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology (IT), Engineering, or a closely related field; minimum of five (5) years of experience in OT, SCADA, ICS, or related utility automation environments, including three (3) years of supervisory experience, * An unrelated Bachelor’s Degree; minimum of six (6) years of experience in OT, SCADA, ICS, or related utility automation environments, including three (3) years of supervisory experience, * An Associate’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a closely related field; minimum of seven (7) years of experience in OT, SCADA, ICS, or related utility automation environments, including three (3) years of supervisory experience, * Graduation from high school or an equivalent recognized certification; minimum of nine (9) years of experience in OT, SCADA, ICS, or related utility automation environments, including three (3) years of supervisory experience., * Experience with Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) programming and automated reporting software,

  • Knowledge in developing processes, procedures, and techniques used to modify and enhance complex automation and SCADA systems,
  • Experience with General Electric (GE)/Proficy SCADA products,
  • Ability to express ideas effectively, orally and in writing, and

  • Experience supervising an OT team in a water/wastewater environment.
