Job description

This role focuses on enhancing data science and autonomous infrastructure through advanced networking systems. As a Level 3 / Tier 3 network support engineer, you will engage in hands-on work that combines your troubleshooting expertise with an understanding of data pipelines in AI systems. Your contributions will help label, annotate, and structure networking data from real production environments, powering the next generation of AI-driven infrastructure. Key Responsibilities

  • Review real-world data from deployed networks, including logs, configurations, telemetry, and event streams.
  • Label and classify network behaviors, issues, anomalies, and incident patterns.

Requirements

  • Current experience as a Level 3 / Tier 3 / Principal Support Engineer, maintaining enterprise infrastructure, including on-call rotation, root cause analysis, and troubleshooting outages.
  • Hands-on experience with end-customer enterprise networks, including switches, access points, and firewalls across various sectors such as retail, healthcare, finance, manufacturing, and hospitality.
  • Proficiency in Wi-Fi/wireless technologies, including enterprise WLAN controllers (Cisco WLC, Aruba, or Meraki), 802.1X/RADIUS, and wireless troubleshooting.
  • Curiosity about how raw infrastructure data is transformed into machine learning input.
  • A desire to contribute to the development of autonomous networking systems.
