Senior Full Stack Developer

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Developer with hands-on experience building modern AI-powered applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in both frontend and backend development, experience integrating Large Language Models (LLMs), and the ability to design scalable, production-ready AI solutions.

You will work closely with product managers, AI engineers, and designers to develop intelligent applications that leverage modern AI technologies, cloud infrastructure, and scalable microservices., * Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack web applications.

• Build AI-powered products using Large Language Models (LLMs) such as OpenAI GPT, Claude, Gemini, or open-source models.
• Develop conversational AI, AI agents, chatbots, document processing systems, and workflow automation tools.
• Integrate AI APIs, vector databases, embeddings, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and prompt engineering into production applications.
• Build secure RESTful APIs and GraphQL services.
• Architect cloud-native, microservices-based applications.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.
• Collaborate with AI/ML engineers to deploy production-ready AI models.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code following engineering best practices.
• Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and mentoring junior developers.
• Monitor production applications and troubleshoot complex technical issues

• 6-10+ years of experience in Full Stack Development.
• 2+ years of experience building AI-powered applications.
• Experience integrating OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, or similar LLMs.
• Hands-on experience with RAG pipelines and vector databases.
• Experience deploying cloud-native applications.
• Strong understanding of software architecture and scalable system design.
• Experience with modern frontend frameworks and backend services.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Nice to Have

• Experience with AI Agent frameworks (CrewAI, AutoGen, LangGraph).
• Knowledge of Machine Learning fundamentals.
• Experience with OCR, document intelligence, and multimodal AI.
• Knowledge of MLOps practices.
• Experience with monitoring tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, or Datadog.
• Contributions to open-source projects.
• Experience building SaaS products.
