IT Support Technician

Our client is seeking one or more experienced IT Support Technicians to assist with a large-scale workstation deployment and technology refresh project., * Deploy Dell Wyse All-in-One Thin Clients

• Stage and prepare desktop/laptop equipment
• Install and configure workstations
• Perform hardware installation and replacement
• Set up monitors, docking stations, keyboards, mice, printers, and other peripherals
• Support workspace moves and workstation relocations
• Configure Windows-based desktop environments
• Troubleshoot hardware and basic software issues
• Provide onsite end-user technical support
• Assist with additional IT deployment activities as assigned

• 2+ years of Desktop Support / IT Support experience
• Strong Microsoft Windows desktop support experience
• Experience with workstation deployment and hardware installation
• Experience staging and imaging computers/thin clients
• Knowledge of peripherals and hardware configuration
• Excellent troubleshooting and customer service skills
• Ability to work onsite full-time in Everett, WA

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Dell Wyse Thin Clients
• Active Directory user support
• Microsoft 365 / Office support
• Experience supporting enterprise IT rollout or migration projects
