L2 Data Center Technician

• Install, rack, stack, relocate, and decommission servers and network devices
• Perform hardware troubleshooting and replace failed components
• Install replacement parts and coordinate vendor returns
• Upgrade server firmware and configure IP addresses
• Install, label, and manage fiber and copper cabling
• Replace cables, optics, and other hardware components
• Support network administrators during deployments and maintenance activities
• Maintain documentation, asset records, and cable labeling
• Follow data center operational and safety procedures

We are seeking an experienced L2 Data Center Technician to support day-to-day data center operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with server hardware, rack & stack, structured cabling, and break/fix activities in a production data center environment., * 4-5 years of Data Center Technician experience

• Rack & Stack of servers, storage, and network equipment
• Server hardware troubleshooting and break/fix
• Fiber and copper cabling, cable management, and labeling
• Hardware installation, relocation, and decommissioning
• Firmware upgrades and server configuration
• Basic networking knowledge (IP addressing, switches, cables)
• Experience with Dell, HPE, Cisco, or similar enterprise hardware
• Ability to maintain accurate documentation and follow change procedures
• Comfortable working in a rotational shift schedule (No Night Shift)
