Requirements

7+ years of experience designing and developing enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions. Minimum 3 years of hands-on Salesforce Health Cloud development experience (mandatory). Minimum 4 years of experience building Lightning Web Components (LWC) in Service Cloud / Health Cloud. Minimum 2 years of experience building Omni Studio (Vlocity) solutions. Understanding of how Agent force works. Technical Expertise: Apex (Classes, Triggers, Batch, Async processing) Lightning Web Components (LWC) Salesforce Flows (Screen, Record-Triggered, Declarative Automation) Omni Studio (Data Raptors, Integration Procedures, Omni Cards) Solid understanding of Salesforce data models, sharing, security, and governor limits. Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, integration patterns, and error handling. Strong math and analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical problems. DevOps & Agile: Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments. Exposure to CI/CD processes and Salesforce DevOps practices. Experience leading or contributing to end-to-end CI/CD strategies using tools such as Copado, Flosum, Salesforce DevOps Center / Git, or Jenkins.
