Job description

We are seeking an experienced IAM SailPoint Developer to design, develop, implement, and support enterprise Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions using SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) and/or SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC/IdentityNow). The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in identity lifecycle management, access governance, application onboarding, provisioning, and enterprise security integrations., * Design, develop, configure, and maintain SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) or Identity Security Cloud (ISC/IdentityNow) solutions.

  • Implement Identity Lifecycle Management (Joiner, Mover, Leaver - JML) processes.
  • Develop and customize SailPoint workflows, rules (BeanShell/Java), forms, tasks, policies, certifications, and Quick Links.
  • Perform application onboarding and integrate enterprise applications using REST APIs, JDBC, LDAP, Active Directory, Azure AD (Entra ID), SCIM, and Web Services.
  • Configure provisioning, de-provisioning, reconciliation, aggregation, and access request workflows.
  • Implement Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), Segregation of Duties (SoD), and access certification campaigns.
  • Develop custom connectors and troubleshoot provisioning and identity synchronization issues.
  • Collaborate with security, infrastructure, application, and business teams to gather IAM requirements.
  • Support audit, compliance, governance, and regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot production issues, and perform upgrades and enhancements.
  • Prepare technical documentation, deployment guides, and operational procedures.
  • Participate in code reviews, testing, and production deployments.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cyber Security, or related field.
  • 5+ years of IAM experience with at least 3+ years of SailPoint development experience.
  • Experience implementing enterprise IAM/IGA solutions.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
  • SailPoint certifications are highly preferred. This aligns with common enterprise SailPoint developer responsibilities and current hiring trends.
