Job description

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer / Architect to lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise-level Salesforce solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of system architecture, cloud computing, and application integration to deliver scalable, secure, and efficient CRM systems. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise in Salesforce platform development, cloud infrastructure, and modern software architecture principles. This position offers an opportunity to work on innovative projects within a dynamic environment, contributing to strategic digital transformation initiatives., * Design and develop scalable Salesforce solutions aligned with business requirements using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs.

  • Lead system architecture design for complex enterprise applications integrating Salesforce with other cloud and on-premise systems.
  • Develop and maintain RESTful APIs, SOAP web services, and other integrations leveraging technologies such as WCF, Weblogic, JBoss, and WebSphere.
  • Implement DevOps practices including CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Git, Docker, Kubernetes, and Azure DevOps to streamline deployment processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define technical specifications, and ensure adherence to best practices in system design.
  • Utilize UML diagrams and design patterns for system modeling and documentation.
  • Ensure security best practices for identity & access management across cloud infrastructure and enterprise solutions.
  • Conduct performance tuning and scalability assessments for distributed systems utilizing NoSQL databases like MongoDB or Cassandra alongside SQL databases such as MySQL or Oracle.
  • Lead efforts in cloud architecture planning using AWS or Azure services to optimize application deployment and infrastructure management.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of system architecture design, development processes, and technical standards.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in software development with a focus on Salesforce platform architecture and customization (minimum od 3+ years)
  • Extensive background in cloud computing environments including AWS or Azure cloud architecture design.
  • Strong understanding of service-oriented architecture (SOA), microservices, RESTful APIs, SOAP web services, and distributed systems.
  • Proficiency with modern front-end frameworks such as Angular, React, Ember.js, Bootstrap, Kendo UI, Ext JS for developing rich user interfaces integrated with Salesforce backend.
  • Hands-on experience with enterprise solutions implementation using MVC frameworks (.NET MVC), Java (Spring Framework), C#, Python or Ruby on Rails as needed.
  • Familiarity with DevOps tools including Jenkins, Maven, Ansible, SVN/Git for version control and release management.
  • Knowledge of system design for scalable systems utilizing Docker containers and Kubernetes orchestration.
  • Experience working within Agile development environments following SDLC methodologies.
  • Ability to gather requirements effectively and translate them into robust technical solutions while managing project scope and timelines.
  • Strong problem-solving skills combined with excellent communication abilities to collaborate across technical teams.

Final compensation will be determined based on the candidate’s experience, skills, qualifications, and proven track record.
