Blockchain Developer

STAFFXPERT LLC is seeking a Blockchain Developer on behalf of our client in Austin, TX or Westlake, TX. We are looking for an experienced blockchain professional with a strong background in crypto platform development, digital asset infrastructure, and distributed systems. This role offers the opportunity to design, develop, and enhance secure blockchain-based solutions while collaborating with cross-functional engineering teams to build scalable and innovative financial technology platforms. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain blockchain-based applications and services. Build and enhance digital asset platforms, crypto wallets, and transaction processing systems. Integrate applications with multiple blockchain networks and protocols. Develop secure, scalable, and high-performance blockchain solutions. Implement and support institutional-grade digital asset custody solutions. Collaborate with software engineers, architects, and product teams to deliver reliable blockchain capabilities. Ensure application security, performance, and compliance with industry best practices. Troubleshoot production issues and continuously improve platform reliability and efficiency. Required Qualifications

6+ years of overall software engineering experience. 3+ years of hands-on software development experience. 2+ years of hands-on blockchain and cryptocurrency platform development experience. Proven experience integrating applications with multiple blockchain networks. Experience implementing institutional custody solutions. Hands-on experience building crypto wallets, transaction engines, or digital asset platforms. Strong understanding of blockchain architecture, distributed systems, and security best practices. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a collaborative hybrid environment. Preferred Qualifications Experience working with enterprise-scale blockchain platforms. Familiarity with digital asset security, custody, and transaction lifecycle management. Experience developing scalable, high-availability distributed applications. Knowledge of modern software engineering practices, testing methodologies, and CI/CD pipelines.
