Junior Machine Learning Engineer (AI/ML)

• Collaborate with engineering, software, product, and data teams to identify opportunities where AI and Machine Learning can deliver business value.
• Understand, clean, transform, and analyze structured and unstructured datasets.
• Develop, train, evaluate, and improve Machine Learning and Deep Learning models.
• Build AI-powered applications using modern Machine Learning frameworks.
• Assist in developing solutions using Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and Agentic AI.
• Work with vector databases, embeddings, semantic search, and AI knowledge retrieval systems.
• Support predictive analytics, anomaly detection, recommendation systems, and intelligent automation projects.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented Python code.
• Develop APIs and integrate AI models into software applications.
• Test, validate, monitor, and optimize model performance.
• Participate in code reviews and follow software engineering best practices.
• Document technical work and communicate findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
