Seeking an experienced Senior Analytics Developer with strong expertise in MicroStrategy, Business Intelligence (BI), Data Analytics, Python, SQL, and Spark. Responsible for designing, developing, and delivering enterprise BI solutions, dashboards, reports, and data visualization that drive business decision-making. Strong experience with MicroStrategy (or equivalent BI tools), ETL development, Materialized Views, data integration, data warehousing, reporting, dashboard development, performance optimization, data quality, stakeholder management, and scalable analytics solutions is required. Candidates should have 10-12+ years of Data Analytics experience, including 8+ years as a BI Developer, with hands-on expertise in MicroStrategy, Python, SQL, Spark, and client-facing stakeholder engagement. Experience working in Global Delivery Models, Agile environments, and the Retail, Footwear, or Apparel industry is highly preferred., * Are you willing to work in a hybrid model (2-3 days onsite) in Manhattan Beach, CA, and are you a US Citizen or Green Card holder (preferred)? $130,000 - $140,000 a year - Permanent, Full-time
