Job description

Join a collaborative team that invests in your growth - hands-on mentorship, room to expand your technical skill set, and a direct line of sight to the patient care your work makes possible. As we grow, so will you.

As our IT Support Specialist, you’ll be the first friendly face (or voice) our physicians and staff turn to when technology gets in the way of patient care. You’ll troubleshoot everyday issues - password resets, software hiccups, hardware setup - keep our seven locations running smoothly, and grow your career under the mentorship of our IT Manager. It’s a great fit for an early-career tech pro who loves solving problems as much as helping people.

What You’ll Do:

  • Be the first point of contact for Help Desk tickets - troubleshoot password resets, account access, printers, workstations, software errors, and connectivity issues.
  • Set up and maintain desktops, laptops, monitors, mobile devices, and peripherals.
  • Follow HIPAA and security best practices in every interaction.
  • Escalate complex issues to the IT Manager, with clear documentation along the way.
  • Support Windows, Microsoft 365, and everyday business software.
  • Travel to our practice locations across Central NJ to provide onsite support.
  • Keep equipment inventory and Help Desk records accurate and up to date.
  • Prep new-hire workstations, accounts, and equipment during onboarding.

Requirements

Required:

  • Associate’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field - or equivalent experience
  • 1-3 years of Help Desk, desktop support, or technical support experience (internships count).
  • Comfort with Windows and Microsoft 365; a working sense of hardware, networking, and mobile devices
  • Strong troubleshooting instincts and genuine customer-service energy
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel between offices.

Preferred:

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field.
  • CompTIA A+, Network+, or similar certification.
  • Healthcare IT or multi-site support experience.
