Requirements

10+ years of industry experience, with at least 5+ years as a full-stack developer.
7+ years of experience with Google Dialogflow or similar platforms (e.g., Kore.ai, Amelia.ai, Netomi), including conversational bot development and API integrations for automation.
Proven experience in developing and maintaining chatbots across .com, in-app, and SMS channels using Python and JavaScript. Strong hands-on experience with API/service integrations is required.
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features.
Experience integrating APIs and third-party services, including aviation data feeds and NLP engines.
Strong focus on optimizing applications for performance, scalability, and reliability.
Participation in code reviews, testing, and CI/CD pipeline management.
Contribution to architectural decisions and technical documentation.
Active engagement in agile ceremonies and sprint planning across distributed teams.
