Requirements

Experience working with J2EE technologies, including JDBC, JSP, and XML, to develop and support enterprise web applications.
Experience designing, developing, building, and testing Java EE applications using modern integrated development environments (IDEs) such as Eclipse, NetBeans, and IntelliJ IDEA.
Experience deploying and managing Java EE applications on J2EE application servers, including IBM WebSphere, Oracle WebLogic, Apache Tomcat, and JBoss.
Experience working with IBM DB2 databases, including database design, SQL querying, XML schema definition, XML data processing, and automated XML generation.
Experience optimizing application performance by tuning database interactions, analyzing SQL execution plans, and improving query and transaction efficiency.
Experience implementing and supporting enterprise messaging technologies, including IBM MQ, Java Message Service (JMS), and Apache Kafka, for asynchronous and distributed system communication.
Experience performing system analysis, solution design, and architecture for complex multi-tier transactional systems in enterprise environments.
Experience supporting Real Property Tax systems, including property valuation, assessments, exemptions, and tax administration processes.
Experience developing multi-tier ColdFusion web applications using Adobe Dreamweaver or ColdFusion Builder, deploying applications in ColdFusion 9 (or later) UNIX environments, and integrating with Sybase RDBMS.
