Job description
| Graphics Project Manager (Events) | REMOTE - with some travel dates to London |
Ready to jump into a fast-moving events environment and make an immediate impact?, * Liaise closely with clients, internal teams, and external print partners.
- Owning graphics projects from brief through to final delivery and installation.
- Ensure all graphics are produced to specification and delivered to demanding event deadlines.
- Track project progress and proactively manage risks and changes.
- Support graphics installation planning and on-site delivery where required.
Requirements
A proven background in a Graphics Project Manager, Graphics Event Manager, or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of large-format printing, digital print production, and 2D artwork processes.
- Understanding of print substrates, materials, and production techniques.
- Experience of using or similar project management software.
- Excellent Excel and organisational skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Knowledge of graphics installation processes would be advantageous.
- Experience within exhibitions, events, experiential marketing, or live environments is highly desirable.
