Nice-to-have

  • Experience with AWS services (e.g., ECS/Fargate, RDS, ECR, Lambda, SQS, EC2).
  • Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools (e.g., CDK).
  • Experience with Node.js/TypeScript microservices (e.g., Express).
  • Exposure to other PHP frameworks (e.g., Symfony).
  • Experience with functional programming concepts/libraries.

What we value

  • Team-first mindset and clear communication.
  • Ownership, pragmatism, and result-oriented execution.
  • Curiosity and continuous learning.
  • High engineering standards and attention to code quality.

Benefits & conditions

  • Work 100% remotely with flexible working hours.
  • Annual meet-up in Berlin for a week (The LumiWeek) with all employees, where we have workshops, team events, drinks, delicious food, and good talks.
  • We care about your personal & professional development. You will receive an annual learning budget for books, courses, conferences, etc.; some hours per week are reserved for learning new skills.
  • Join a team of 13 nationalities (>30 employees) and various backgrounds. We ensure you have regular contact with everybody and are updated on the company’s progress.
