Job description

As a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer (m/f/d), you will work in a cross-functional team and collaborate closely with DevOps, QA, Product Owners, and business stakeholders to develop innovative, high-performance, and maintainable software solutions.

If you’re passionate about designing modern software architectures and driving the digital transformation of leasing processes, this role is for you., * Develop and enhance our internal leasing software

  • Translate business requirements into high-performance, maintainable applications
  • Analyze, debug, and continuously optimize existing modules
  • Actively participate in code reviews and help ensure high code quality
  • Maintain and further develop technical documentation and architectural concepts
  • Collaborate closely with Product Owners, QA, DevOps, and business stakeholders
  • Contribute to our technological transformation toward a modern, scalable platform, * Work in an agile environment
  • Play an active role in our technology transformation
  • Freedom to introduce and shape modern tools, technologies, and ways of working

Requirements

  • Degree in Computer Science or a comparable qualification
  • At least 7 years of experience in modern software development, ideally in a SaaS environment
  • Strong knowledge of our technology stack: Kotlin, Node.js, React, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or comparable technologies
  • Experience with CI/CD processes and automated testing
  • Strong analytical thinking, a quality-focused mindset, and a structured way of working
  • A collaborative team player who enjoys knowledge sharing, continuous learning, and improving together
  • English (C1)
