We are seeking a Test Engineer Level 1 to support the testing and validation of mission-critical geospatial applications and Java microservices within the Intelligence Community. The ideal candidate will have experience with automated and manual testing, Python, and software quality assurance. Required Responsibilities
- Develop test strategies, test plans, and test cases
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts
- Perform manual, regression, and performance testing
- Identify, document, and track software defects
- Collaborate with developers to ensure software quality
- Create and maintain test documentation

Requirements
- Active TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph
- 2+ years of Test Engineering experience supporting programs of similar scope and complexity
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (four additional years of Test Engineer experience may be substituted for the degree)
- Strong Python programming experience for test automation, framework development, and CI/CD integration
- Ability to mentor junior Test Engineers
Desired Skills
- Experience testing geospatial applications, Java microservices, and RESTful APIs
- Test automation with Selenium, JUnit, or similar frameworks
- Performance testing using JMeter, Gatling, or similar tools
- Knowledge of geospatial analysis and visualization
- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and best practices
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of testing efforts
