PeopleSoft OCI Architect

We are seeking a skilled PeopleSoft OCI Architect with 5+ years of experience designing, implementing, and supporting PeopleSoft environments on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI). The role involves cloud architecture design, migration planning, performance optimization, security implementation, and ongoing support for enterprise PeopleSoft applications. The ideal candidate will lead modernization of on-prem Oracle and PeopleSoft environments to OCI and other cloud platforms. Design, implement, and support scalable cloud infrastructure solutions while optimizing performance, security, and reliability. Collaborate with infrastructure, database, and application teams to support migrations, automation, and DevOps initiatives. They will work closely with infrastructure, database, and application teams to ensure scalable, secure, and high-performing cloud solutions.

Do you have experience in Project stakeholder communication?, Do you have a Bachelor’s degree?, * 5+ years of experience with PeopleSoft administration and architecture

• Experience migrating on-prem Oracle or PeopleSoft environments to OCI or other cloud platforms
• Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI)
• Expertise in PeopleSoft Cloud Manager and Lift & Shift migrations
• Knowledge of PeopleSoft FSCM, HCM, or Campus Solutions environments
• Experience with Oracle Database administration and performance tuning
• Strong understanding of Linux/Unix systems administration
• Familiarity with networking, load balancers, security groups, and IAM in OCI
• Experience with backup, disaster recovery, and high availability setups
• Scripting knowledge using Shell, Python, or automation tools
• Understanding of CI/CD, DevOps, and infrastructure automation concepts
• Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills

Pay: $80.00 - $100.00 per hour

• CI/CD / DevOps Practices: 2 years (Preferred)
• Documentation & Client/Stakeholder Communication: 2 years (Required)
• migrating on-prem Oracle or PeopleSoft environments to OCI: 4 years (Required)

License/Certification:

• OCI certification (Preferred)
