Job description

  • Mitarbeit im Bereich automatisiertes Biegen, Vision
  • Implementieren einer 3D-Vermessung von Biegeteilen zur Qualitätskontrolle des Biegeergebnisses
  • Entwicklung und Evaluierung von KI-basierten Bildverarbeitungs-Algorithmen:
  • Objekterkennung und -lokalisierung, insbesondere von Blechplatinen
  • Videoanalyse von Biegemaschinen im Betrieb (z.B. mittels VLMs)
  • Segmentierung des Innenbereichs von Biegezellen, z.B. zur Kollisionsvermeidung

Requirements

  • Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (HTL/FH/Universität)
  • Fundierte C#/.NET Kenntnisse, Grundkenntnisse in C++
  • Erfahrung mit Python
  • Robotik Verständnis
  • Know-how im Bereich automatisiertes Biegen
  • Kenntnisse in Bildverarbeitung/Optik (MVTec Halcon)
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Git
  • Hohe Problemlösungsfähigkeit und Eigeninitiative
  • Eigenständiges sowie strukturiertes Arbeiten
  • Hohes Engagement
