Job description

The AI and data science developer is part of a developer pool supporting the functional teams to deliver developments for projects and supporting existing solutions. They are accountable for the following tasks:

  • AI / ML Python development using frameworks like LangGraph, LangChain, etc.
  • Data science development using Python notebooks locally and in SAP Databricks
  • Embed AI solutions into the SAP eco-system using SAP Joule Studio
  • Build and deploy Python applications in SAP Business AI Platform - Cloud Foundry environment using frameworks like Flask, etc.

They will collaborate closely with the SAP Lead Architects, Functional Specialists and analytics / data science team to:

  • Build AI / ML solutions within the SAP eco-system of business applications
  • Build advanced pipelines for data science and analytical solutions
  • Collaborate with the developer team to support existing solutions

What you will be doing

  • Project deliveries related to AI and data science
  • Continuous technical support for functional specialists (advise technical solutions, support existing solutions)
  • Technical documentation, lessons learnt and continuous improvement work

Requirements

  • B Tech / MBA from eminent institutions
  • Minimum 2 years of experience working with Python development
  • Experience building Python AI and ML solutions
  • Experience building Python notebooks
  • Experience in diagnosing / debugging / trouble shooting
  • Understanding of SAP products like SAP Joule, SAP AI Core, HANA Cloud
  • Worked in Multi Site, Cross Functional teams
  • Expert in understanding of business functions and preferably SAP processes
  • Deep Python developer knowledge
  • Minimal SAP knowledge
  • Strong spoken and written English
  • Software implementation and post live support experience in multinational environment
