Mid C++ Software Engineer

We are looking for an experienced C++ Developer to join our dynamic and innovative team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing high-performance applications using modern C++ techniques on Linux. You will work on challenging problems in multi-threading and distributed systems while leveraging best practices in software engineering to meet challenging performance and stability requirements., * Design, implement, and optimize high-performance, soft real-time distributed systems in C++ in the Linux environment

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver new features
• Conduct code reviews and perform stability and performance analysis with specialized tools (gdb, vtune, perf, valgrind)

• At least 2 years of experience in C++ software development working on competitive projects
• Experience with C++17 standard and beyond
• Experience with Modern C++ paradigms (RAII, move semantics, smart pointers, constexpr, future/promise etc.)
• Deep understanding of multi-threading programming, including synchronization primitives (mutexes, condition variables, atomics, etc.)
• Proficiency in designing and optimizing performance-critical applications in C++
• Experience with troubleshooting complex issues related to concurrency and memory management
• Knowledge of Linux systems and build tools (CMake, git, etc.)
• Fluent English communication skills
• Solid team-working soft skills, * AI-augmented software development skills are a major plus (Copilot, Cursor, AI agent assistants)
• Familiarity with networking protocols and libraries (e.g. ZeroMQ)
• Exposure to performance profiling tools
• Familiarity with C++20 is a plus
