Middle Java Software Engineer [Eng fluent - Offer 45M]

We are looking for a Java Software Engineer to join an international project developing CI Server - an industrial information platform for plant monitoring, reporting, historical data management, and system integration.

You will work directly with customers to develop Java applications, enhance system features, and support software integration in a collaborative Agile environment., * Design, develop, and maintain software features using Java.

• Develop application logic, data processing, and system integration functions.
• Support reporting and Excel-related features when required.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize existing applications.
• Prepare technical documentation and collaborate with customers and project teams.
• Follow software engineering best practices to deliver high-quality, maintainable code.

Must Have

• 3+ years of experience in Java software development (Mid/Senior level).
• Strong proficiency in Java with solid knowledge of OOP, Clean Code, and software design principles.
• Experience analyzing, maintaining, and troubleshooting existing codebases.
• Familiar with SQL and relational databases.
• Good understanding of software development lifecycle and technical documentation.
• Good English communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or a related field.
• Responsible, proactive, and willing to learn complex business domains.

Nice to Have

• Experience with C/C++.
• Experience with Excel Add-in development (Office.js, VSTO, COM Add-in, or similar).
• Knowledge of OOAD, UML, or Design Patterns.
• Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
• Familiarity with JNI, legacy systems, or system integration.
• Background in Industrial Automation or Manufacturing systems is a plus.
