Job description

  • Conduct user research (surveys, interviews, usability tests) and analyze feedback to identify opportunities to improve the user experience.
  • Develop user personas and user stories that guide the design and development process.
  • Design wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that reflect the user journey and interactions with the product.
  • Apply iterative design techniques, incorporating feedback from cross-functional teams and real users.
  • Collaborate with UI designers, developers, and product managers to ensure a cohesive experience across all products.
  • Organize and run usability tests, and implement design improvements based on results.
  • Document design decisions and define UX guidelines to maintain consistency across products.
  • Stay up to date with UX trends, tools, and competitor products.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of proven experience as a UX Designer, preferably in software or web applications.
  • Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (Figma, Adobe XD, UXPin, Balsamiq, or similar).
  • Solid background in user research, interaction design, and information architecture.
  • Analytical mindset with business insight - ability to connect design decisions to product outcomes.
  • Excellent communication skills to present and defend design decisions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to work independently and in fast-paced, cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with AI tools applied to the UX process: research synthesis, user flow generation, and assisted documentation (Figma AI, Maze AI, or similar).
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS; understanding front-end constraints improves collaboration with developers and results in more feasible designs.
  • English: Advanced level (oral and written).
