Job description
We are looking for a talented Senior Unity Integrator to join our team and help bring high-quality game content to life. In this role, you will work closely with producers, game designers, artists, technical artists, developers, and QA to integrate, configure, optimize, and polish game content in Unity. You will play a key role in ensuring that assets are implemented efficiently, perform well across mobile devices, and meet the project’s visual and technical quality standards. For which tasks (responsibilities)?
- Integrate game content into Unity, including UI, prefabs, animations, visual effects, and other gameplay assets.
- Configure and maintain UI layouts, screens, HUD, menus, and responsive interfaces for multiple mobile resolutions.
- Set up prefabs, animations, materials, particle systems, and asset references.
- Work closely with artists, designers, developers, and QA to ensure seamless implementation of game features.
- Optimize assets, rendering, UI, and visual content to achieve high performance on iOS and Android devices.
- Identify, debug, and resolve integration, visual, and performance issues.
- Create and maintain reusable Unity prefabs, templates, and workflows.
- Ensure content follows project standards, naming conventions, and production pipelines.
- Test and validate implemented content across different devices and screen resolutions.
- Contribute to improving production pipelines, automation, and integration workflows.
- Collaborate with the team to continuously improve the visual quality and technical stability of the project.
Requirements
- Proven experience working with Unity on commercial game projects.
- Strong knowledge of Unity workflows, prefabs, scenes, UI, animation, materials, and asset management.
- Experience integrating game content and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
- Good understanding of mobile optimization techniques for iOS and Android.
- Solid knowledge of Unity rendering, textures, atlases, batching, memory optimization, and performance profiling.
- Experience working with UI systems (UGUI; UI Toolkit is a plus).
- Familiarity with shaders, VFX, animation pipelines, and technical art workflows is a strong advantage.
- Basic C# scripting skills for gameplay or UI-related tasks are highly desirable.
- Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining excellent communication within the team.
- Portfolio or examples of shipped projects demonstrating Unity integration experience.
Nice to have:
- Experience with Addressables, Asset Bundles, or asset delivery systems.
- Experience with Git, Plastic SCM, or other version control systems.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines for Unity projects.
- Experience working on live mobile games.
- Understanding of UX principles and mobile game production pipelines.
