The Senior Director of Data & Analytics will:

Define and execute the enterprise data, analytics and AI strategy, aligned to business priorities
Lead a multi-disciplinary team across analytics, data science and data engineering
Drive adoption of analytics and embed data-led decision making across senior stakeholders
Establish data governance frameworks to improve quality, ownership and consistency
Identify and deliver high-value AI and machine learning use cases
Oversee the development of scalable data platforms and modern architecture
Partner cross-functionally within a complex matrix environment to deliver strategic initiatives
Translate data into actionable insight to support commercial and operational outcomes

The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:

Strong leadership experience across data, analytics and AI functions
Proven ability to operate effectively within complex, matrix organisations
Experience leading multiple teams across analytics, business intelligence and data science
Strong commercial mindset with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
Demonstrated delivery of data-driven transformation and organisational change
Experience building data governance frameworks and improving data quality
Deep understanding of AI, machine learning and advanced analytics applications
Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
