EDI Analyst

The EDI Analyst is responsible for supporting the electronic exchange of business documents between the company and its customers, vendors, and business partners. This position works with internal departments to ensure orders, invoices, shipping information, and other data are processed accurately while resolving any issues that arise.

Essential Duties

• Monitor daily EDI transactions and resolve processing errors.
• Set up and maintain customer and vendor EDI connections.
• Work with customers, vendors, and internal departments to troubleshoot EDI issues.
• Test new EDI implementations and customer setups.
• Ensure orders, invoices, and shipping information are transmitted accurately.
• Review data for accuracy and correct discrepancies when needed.
• Maintain documentation for EDI processes and trading/shipping partner requirements.
• Assist with ERP system updates related to EDI processing.
• Work with IT and software vendors to resolve technical issues.
• Recommend improvements to streamline EDI processes.
• Experience working with EDI software and ERP systems.

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field preferred, or equivalent work experience.
• Previous experience with EDI systems.
• Experience working with ERP systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and SQL reports
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently., * EDI Analyst: 3 years (Required)
