Systems Engineer

Bachelor’s Degree and 11 years work experience or equivalent experience.

• Experience administering Microsoft Intune or similar enterprise MDM/MAM platforms.

• Hands-on experience configuring and supporting iOS and Android devices in enterprise environments.

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Azure services, including Azure AD/Entra ID, conditional access, and identity management.

• Understanding of mobile security principles, encryption, certificates, and compliance frameworks.

• Ability to troubleshoot complex device, network, and authentication issues.

• Strong communication skills with the ability to support technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills:

• Experience with PowerShell, Graph API, or automation tools for device management.

• Familiarity with Apple Business Manager and Android Enterprise.

• Background supporting secure government or defense environments.

• Knowledge of zero trust architectures and endpoint security tools.

• Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft 365 Mobility & Security, Azure Administrator, CompTIA Security+).
