Job description
Project Planning and Management
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure timely delivery within scope and budget constraints.
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage all implementation phases, including requirements gathering, configuration, testing, training, and go-live.
Team Leadership and Coordination
- Lead cross-functional teams comprising architects and technical staff.
- Assign tasks, clarify deliverables, and review the quality of work produced by team members.
- Foster team development and provide leadership and guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
Risk Management
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to avoid disruptions.
- Develop contingency plans for potential challenges or roadblocks.
Stakeholder & Customer Communication
- Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment on project goals and expectations.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for customers, supporting a customer-facing environment where clear communication, responsiveness, and professionalism are critical.
- Conduct ad hoc customer meetings as needed to address evolving priorities, provide updates, resolve issues, and ensure customer confidence throughout the project lifecycle.
- Provide regular status updates on progress, risks, and issues to senior management and stakeholders.
Budgeting and Resource Management
- Manage expenditure to ensure cost-effective project delivery within budget constraints.
- Ensure that projects have the necessary resources to effectively deliver the agreed outcomes.
Pay: $150,000.00 - $170,000.00 per year

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field
- 5+ years in an advanced management role (preference given to those with program management experience)
- Exceptional leadership, time management, facilitation, and organizational skills
- Rapid triage and prioritization during unscheduled calls
- Scope, schedule, budget management (plan baselines, critical path, earned value, change control)
- Execution across phases: requirements, configuration, testing, training, go live, transition to support
- Proactive risk identification and mitigation planning
- Outstanding working knowledge of change management principles and performance evaluation processes
- Awareness of ERP program complexity (integrations, data migration, cutover, controls)
- Experience in cloud, private or public., * SAP BTP: 1 year (Preferred)
- AWS: 1 year (Preferred)
