Requirements

  • Tech support (remote and on-site) preferably in a healthcare setting, implementation, integration and application (client-server and web-based) support experience.
  • Good understanding of network, security and database management principles (SQL, mySQL, etc..),
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, customer service, analytical and troubleshooting skills, positive attitude, ability to handles stress, work under pressure and without being micromanaged
  • A+, Network+, Security+, MCSA, ITIL certifications preferred
  • Scripting experience (PowerShell, bash, etc…)

1003, * Desktop support: 5 years (Required)

  • Scripting: 5 years (Required)
  • Database Management like SQL : 3 years (Required)
  • client-server and web-based support : 2 years (Preferred)
  • Healthcare: 2 years (Required)
