Help Desk Manager

We are seeking a Help Desk Manager to join our team. A candidate in this role manages helpdesk operations, ensuring effective monitoring, support, and response to technical issues. They supervise staff, coordinate ticket resolutions, and maintain smooth computer processing activities. This position is fully remote; however, it will require frequent travel to Fort Belvoir, VA., * Helpdesk Operations Management: Oversees daily helpdesk activities, ensuring efficient workflows and high-quality customer support.

• Incident and Request Coordination: Monitors incoming trouble reports, assigns priorities, and coordinates timely, accurate resolutions.
• Technical Monitoring and Support: Performs and oversees computer processing tasks while ensuring system functionality and user accessibility.
• Staff Supervision and Leadership: Provides direction, guidance, and oversight to helpdesk personnel to support operational excellence.

• Relevant certification from a nationally recognized technical authority
• A bachelor’s degree in a related field of study.
• A minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience.
• Strong experience in computer hardware and software systems.
• Understands how programs use computer hardware.
• Previous experience managing helpdesk operations.

Clearance Requirements:

• Must be a U.S. citizen.
• Must possess a DoD Secret clearance.
