  • Configure, build, and deploy containerized services using Docker and/or Kubernetes
  • Analyze traffic flow data between customer and hosted environments to troubleshoot connectivity issues
  • Implement monitoring, configuration management, and logging across a multi-tenant cloud infrastructure
  • Produce and maintain technical documentation covering network and system design and governance
  • Develop standard operating procedures, knowledge base articles, and technical bulletins
  • Apply a security-first mindset across all responsibilities
  • Leverage generative AI tools to improve efficiency, accuracy, and resource management within security boundaries

  • W-2 only. No C2C, no 1099, no third-party agencies., * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
  • 5 to 8 or more years of experience with Python, Terraform, Ansible, Concourse CI/CD, Vault, and Identity Management
  • Strong Linux/Unix internals and administration skills including filesystems, system calls, and hardening
  • Solid networking fundamentals: TCP/IP, routing, DNS, network topologies, and SDN
  • Proficiency in Terraform for building modules across AWS, Azure, and/or GCP
  • Experience with RBAC design and provisioning
  • Working knowledge of AWS, Azure, and GCP foundational services
  • Experience with logging and log processing in a cloud environment
  • Working knowledge of ServiceNow
  • Proficiency in bash or Python for automation

Preferred:

  • Experience designing, analyzing, and troubleshooting large-scale distributed systems
