Director - Data Management

• Lead the design, development, and optimization of enterprise data warehouse solutions using AWS Redshift and Informatica IDMC.
• Drive data governance initiatives, including data quality, lineage, metadata management, and compliance.
• Build and manage scalable ETL/ELT pipelines and modern data platforms.
• Lead AI-enabled data management initiatives and promote responsible AI adoption.
• Partner with business, product, risk, and executive stakeholders to align data strategy with organizational goals.
• Mentor and lead data engineering teams while managing vendor relationships and technology roadmaps.

We are seeking an experienced Director, Data Management to lead enterprise-wide data warehousing, governance, and AI-driven data initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise with Informatica IDMC and Amazon Redshift, proven leadership experience managing large data engineering teams, and the ability to drive enterprise data strategy., * 10+ years of experience in Data Warehousing/Data Engineering.

• 5+ years of leadership experience managing enterprise data teams.
• Strong hands-on experience with Informatica IDMC and Amazon Redshift (required).
• Expertise in ETL/ELT, SQL optimization, data modeling, data governance, data quality, and metadata management.
• Experience with Python, CI/CD (Jenkins/GitHub), AWS, and cloud-based data architectures.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and people leadership skills.
• AI literacy and experience leveraging AI tools in data management.
• Knowledge of data security and compliance standards (SOC 2, PCI DSS)

Pay: $70.00 - $90.00 per hour
