Teamcenter Solution Architect

Avanciers are seeking an experienced Teamcenter Solutions Architect to lead enterprise PLM solution design and implementation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Siemens Teamcenter, PLM architecture, system integrations, and enterprise data models. This role involves collaborating with business, engineering, and IT stakeholders to design scalable, secure, and high-performing PLM solutions for large-scale digital transformation programs., * Design end-to-end PLM solution architecture using Siemens Teamcenter.

• Translate business and engineering requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Define architecture artifacts including system landscapes, integration patterns, deployment models, and data models.
• Lead architectural governance throughout the project lifecycle.
• Design and govern integrations between Teamcenter and enterprise applications such as ERP, MES, ALM, CAD, and data platforms.
• Define PLM data models, migration strategies, and master data management approaches.
• Ensure solution scalability, security, performance, and data integrity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and technology vendors to deliver enterprise-grade solutions.
• Support technical solutioning, estimates, and proposal activities when required.

• Strong experience with Siemens Teamcenter architecture, configuration, customization, and deployment.
• Expertise in PLM Solution Architecture, Architecture & Data Model Design.
• Experience implementing enterprise-scale PLM solutions.
• Hands-on experience integrating Teamcenter with ERP, MES, ALM, CAD, and other enterprise systems.
• Strong understanding of engineering processes, lifecycle management, and PLM data models.
• Experience with PLM application maintenance and development processes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills., * Siemens Teamcenter certifications.
• Experience in Manufacturing, Automotive, Aerospace & Defense, or High-Tech industries.
• Previous experience as a PLM Solution Architect, Enterprise Architect, or Technical Architect.
• Experience supporting large, regulated, multi-site enterprise environments.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
