Job description

We are hiring a Senior Odoo Developer to own the back end of our company ERP. Your work will be the backbone of inventory, sales, and accounting data across a multi-location retail business. • Build and maintain API integrations connecting Odoo to e-commerce, marketplace, and internal systems
  • Develop and maintain data integrity across inventory, sales, and accounting flows between systems
  • Collaborate with IT leadership and our web developer on integration architecture and planning

Requirements

  • 8+ years of solid, hands-on Odoo development experience (development, not administration/configuration)
  • Advanced Python coding and back-end customization: custom modules, workflows, and business logic
  • Multiple ERP implementations/integrations completed end-to-end
  • Multiple third-party API integrations built and maintained in production environments
  • Ability to work on-site at our Palatine, IL headquarters

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in retail, inventory-heavy, or multi-location business environments
