Job description
Job Summary: TTC has an exciting opportunity for a talented and experienced Cloud Systems Administrator with a passion for innovation. The candidate must be comfortable resolving problems with a complete end-to-end solution in a fast, Agile environment., * Support a multi-cloud infrastructure encompassing both Microsoft Azure and Amazon Web Services (AWS) environments.
- Remediate server vulnerabilities to ensure secure and compliant compute resources.
- Configure and manage Internet Information Services (IIS) infrastructure for hosted web applications.
- Manage the complete lifecycle of SSL certificates, including provisioning, binding, and executing timely renewals to prevent service disruptions.
- Maintain and enhance configurations for serverless architectures, including Azure App Services, to optimize scalability and application security.
- Automate system administration tasks, configuration management, and monitoring processes using PowerShell and Python.
- Configure and manage automated build and deployment pipelines using Azure DevOps (ADO).
- Integrate infrastructure updates and server configurations securely into existing ADO pipelines.
- Work closely with development and security teams to troubleshoot deployment failures and address infrastructure findings.
- Document cloud system architectures, automation scripts, and serverless configurations.
- Collaborate with development teams to diagnose and troubleshoot application-level issues within .NET environments.
Requirements
Candidates must be clearable for a Public Trust Position - must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident or authorized to work in the US and have lived in the US for more than 3 years., * Bachelor’s degree.
- 5+ years of general experience.
- 4+ years of experience in cloud systems administration and vulnerability management.
- Strong Azure and AWS experience.
- Experience managing IIS web servers, SSL certificates, and serverless architectures.
- Proficiency in scripting and automation using PowerShell.
- Experience supporting and integrating with Azure DevOps (ADO) pipelines.
Desired Skills:
- Familiarity with .NET and assisting with application troubleshooting.
- Hands-on understanding of all facets of the software development life cycle.
- Experience working with MS SQL Server.
- Familiarity with front-end application development frameworks including Angular, React, and jQuery.
- Python scripting experience.
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position up to 50% of the time.
- Must be able to operate a computer and other office productivity machinery directly related to position.
- Must be able to exchange information effectively with leadership, development teams, and product managers. Active listening skills during meetings and presentations.
- Requires the ability to perform tasks involving near vision, including reading detailed reports, analyzing digital content, and reviewing technical documentation.
