Tumor Registrar / Oncology Data Analyst - Remote

We are seeking an experienced Certified Tumor Registrar (CTR/ODS) for a fully remote contract opportunity supporting a leading healthcare system in Atlanta, Georgia. This role requires a highly skilled registrar capable of managing complex oncology cases, maintaining exceptional accuracy standards, and working independently in a remote environment., * Abstract and code cancer cases according to national and facility standards.

• Manage complex oncology cases, including:
• Bone Marrow Transplant (BMT) treatments
• Multiple-facility abstracts
• Rare and complex primary cancer sites
• Complete required user-defined fields and data elements.
• Maintain high-quality abstracting standards with a minimum accuracy expectation of 90% and a target average of 95%.
• Participate in quality reviews and competency assessments.
• Collaborate with oncology and healthcare teams to ensure accurate cancer registry data.

• Current CTR (Certified Tumor Registrar) and/or ODS Certification required
• Minimum 2 years of recent Tumor Registrar experience
• Associate’s Degree in a related field required
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• Strong experience with complex oncology abstracting and registry operations
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment

Software Experience

Experience with the following systems is preferred:

• OncoLog
• Cerner
• OncoEMR
• Allscripts
• Aria
• Mosaiq
