Job description

  • Solution Delivery & Strategy: Design, develop, and deploy high-quality, scalable solutions on the Salesforce platform, primarily using Financial Service Cloud and Sales Cloud. Collaborate with senior leadership to define and establish long-term business-technology roadmaps.
  • Technical Development: Build robust applications using Apex, Visual Force Pages, and modern frameworks like Lightning Components and Aura. Develop and maintain integrations with other cloud-based systems and middleware (e.g., Talend, Python/Spark) using REST and SOAP APIs.

  • Production Support & Governance: Provide expert-level production application support. Investigate failures, conduct root cause analysis, and manage defects using JIRA. Prepare, review, and approve Production Deployment Runbooks for enterprise-scale releases.
  • Security & Compliance: Establish and enforce strict governance and information security standards for our Salesforce implementation, ensuring we meet the rigorous demands of the financial services industry.
  • Collaboration & Leadership: Work within a cross-functional team of product owners, developers, and QA engineers, operating under Agile/SCRUM methodologies. Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure alignment and project success.
