Job description
The Jr. IT Analyst is an entry level opportunity on our Enterprise Intelligence team. We are looking for an effective communicator with strong customer service skills to successfully engage with all levels of the organization across all departments.
What You’ll Do:
- Equipment Management
- Track & manage inventory (Incl. monitoring equipment aging)
- Maintain conference room tech
- New-hire setups (configuration & installation)
- Clean, optimize, and assess returned equipment to be reused
- IT Room Management
- Keep IT room organized
- Manage IT supplies inventory
- General Helpdesk
- User training and User issue troubleshooting (in-person & remote support)
- Contribute to the DLC Tech Forum with How-To videos and posts
- Maintain software licenses
- Track issues using the ticketing system
- Manage iPad/tablet accounts
- Other Responsibilities
- Keep up-to-date with current technologies
- Keep records of all processes and tasks preformed through ticketing system
- Assist our Sr. IT Analyst with Network & Security Management, Systems maintenance, New technology research, and Monitoring.
Requirements
- 0-2 years of IT Helpdesk experience
- Has CompTIA A+ or similar certification
- CompTIA Network+, CompTIA Security+, Cisco CCNA are a plus
- Knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, SQL and/or Python are a plus
- Experience with on-premises Microsoft Active Directory
- Experience with Microsoft 365 & 365 Admin Centers. Advanced understanding of Microsoft Teams is a plus.
- Experience with SaaS products
- Ability to work with a diverse group of people and personalities
- Eager to learn, teach and exceed expectations
- Strong desire to maintain and build professional relationships
- Open to traveling to our regional offices/assets, as needed

- Mentorship program, The expected salary for this position is between $60,000 and $70,000. The actual compensation will be based on factors such as scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate’s work experience, education/training, job-related skills, internal peer equity, market and business considerations and other factors permitted by law., TH Thursday 9:00am - 5:00pm F Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm
