  • 8+ years full-stack development, including custom .NET/C#, Power Platform, and SQL Server; leading development teams; CI/CD pipeline delivery; automated testing.

Required Technical Skills:

  • .NET/C#; Power Apps / Power Automate / Power Pages; Dataverse; SQL Server / PostgreSQL; JavaScript; CI/CD; SAST/DAST; code review; Agile/SAFe delivery; version-controlled Government repositories.

Minimum Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.

Required Certifications:

  • Relevant Microsoft developer certification (e.g., Azure Developer Associate) OR demonstrated equivalent experience.

Preferred Certifications:

  • Microsoft Power Platform Developer Associate; DevOps Engineer Expert.
