Job description

Quackcom is seeking a skilled and motivated Project Manager to lead our infrastructure installation team and oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of low-voltage and technology installation projects. This role requires a hands-on leader with deep technical expertise in structured cabling, security, and A/V systems - as well as strong project management and leadership capabilities., * Oversee all phases of low-voltage infrastructure & technology projects, including: structured cabling and network wiring, security camera systems (including audio-enabled devices), access control and A/V installations

  • Collaborate with sales and design teams to scope and estimate projects
  • Create and manage project schedules, staffing, and resource planning
  • Supervise and mentor field technicians across multiple job sites
  • Conduct pre-install site walks and post-install quality inspections
  • Ensure all work complies with NEC, local codes, and manufacturer standards
  • Coordinate permitting and inspections as needed
  • Communicate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution
  • Maintain accurate records of job progress, material usage, and labor
  • Participate in hiring, training, and process development to support company growth

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in low-voltage or electrical systems (data, camera, access control, A/V)
  • 5+ years of construction management or project leadership experience
  • Extensive knowledge of industry standards (NEC, TIA/EIA, local codes)
  • Ability to read blueprints, floor plans, and technical drawings
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
  • Proficient in project scheduling tools and job costing
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record, * Electrician license or equivalent experience
  • OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification
  • Experience with estimating software or project management platforms
