Job description

The Digital Solutions Engineer is responsible for designing, developing, integrating, and supporting enterprise digital platforms and business applications. This role partners with business stakeholders, product teams, and technology teams to deliver scalable solutions across customer experience, workflow automation, analytics, content management, and CRM platforms.

The ideal candidate combines strong technical skills with business acumen and is passionate about solving complex business challenges through innovative digital solutions.

In this role, you’ll help build and support the digital platforms that power our marketing operations, workflow automation, content management, and customer experience initiatives. You’ll work across enterprise SaaS applications, integrations, APIs, and cloud technologies to deliver scalable, reliable solutions while learning and supporting Adobe technologies such as Workfront and Adobe Experience Manager.

What You’ll Do

  • Design, develop, and implement digital solutions that support business and client objectives.
  • Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
  • Build and maintain integrations between enterprise applications using APIs and automation tools.
  • Configure and customize enterprise SaaS platforms to meet business needs.
  • Develop automation workflows that improve operational efficiency and reduce manual effort.
  • Support and troubleshoot production systems, integrations, and business applications.
  • Collaborate with business users, developers, architects, and product teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, workflows, and deployment procedures.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
  • Identify opportunities to improve platform performance, automation, and user experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3-7+ years of experience in software development, systems integration, platform engineering, or application support.
  • Experience building or supporting enterprise SaaS applications.
  • Experience developing or consuming REST APIs and web services.
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.
  • Experience with source control tools such as Git.
  • Proficiency in at least one modern programming language, such as: o Python o Java o JavaScript / TypeScript o C#

  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

  • Relevant certifications (AWS, Azure, Salesforce, Adobe, Workfront)
