Job description
- Support for development and production environments for a mission critical Identity, Credential and Access Management (ICAM) system.
- Creating, configuring, and deploying docker containers into Kubernetes clusters.
- Will be responsible for coordination with multiple development teams to integrate web applications, Web services, databases, and directories in order to provide and maintain fully operational, highly available enterprise level services.
- Monitoring the operational services and troubleshooting issues as they arise.
Requirements
- 7+ years of System Engineering experience in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity.

Bachelor’s degree in System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or a related discipline from an accredited college or university is required.
- 4 years of additional SA experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree for a total of 11+ years.
Experience with:
- Linux (Centos, RedHat)
- Docker
- Kubernetes
- Harbor
- Directories (LDAP and/or active directory)
- Application Servers (JBOSS)
- AWS Cloud Computing Services (VPC, EC2, AWS CLI, S3)
- Cloud automation (e.g., Ansible, Terraform, CloudFormation)
- Configuration and Maintenance of Virtual Machines (VCenter/VMWare)
- PKI Experience (e.g., x.509, general certificate management processes and certificate lifecycle management)
- Scripting languages (e.g., Python, bash, etc.)
- OS and Software application patching (e.g., IAVA, Version updates)
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, and GitLab
- Networking/Load Balancing/Proxy
- Databases (e.g. Oracle, Mongo)
Attention to detail and time management.
Excellent communications skills
Ability to provide after-hours call-in support.
Ability to obtain privileged access.
