• Strong development experience in Curam, AWS, J2EE, and new technologies.
• Lead the design of scalable and compliant solutions for Medicaid initiatives.
• Possess strong knowledge of Medicaid Eligibility with hands-on implementation experience.
• Provide accurate effort estimates and detailed project plans for development initiatives.
• Support development of new technical solutions for application modernization.
• Facilitate communication between program, policy, and technical teams.
• Recommend optimization strategies to improve system performance and user experience.

Good-to-Have Skills (Preferred Qualifications):

• Implement GenAI solutions, including AWS Bedrock, for worker assistance and decision support.
• Translate complex business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
• Architect scalable notice-generation frameworks to support multiple programs.

Must-Have Experience:

• 10 years of experience creating effort estimates and detailed project plans.
• 8 years of development experience in AWS, J2EE, and related technologies.
• 5 years of experience leading development of new technical solutions.
• 5 years of experience facilitating communication with stakeholders.
• 3 years of experience with low-code/no-code tools for responsive UI development.
