Manager III, SAP Basis Administration is responsible for leading the team that manages SAP Basis, SAP technical platform operations, SAP environment management, and transport governance in support of the Retail Spine transformation initiative a business led, IT enabled modernization designed to strengthen competitiveness, enhance operational efficiency, and enable the future state operating model. This role ensures the stability, performance, and reliability of SAP technical landscapes across S/4HANA, HANA DB, integration layers, and Cloud ALM/SAP Operations. &bull Experience supporting large transformation programs (Retail Spine, S/4HANA migrations, RISE with SAP, or cloud hosted SAP platforms). &bull Familiarity with automation, DevOps for SAP, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), or operations modernization. &bull Experience in retail, consumer goods, or other high transaction environments.
