Job description

They concentrate on what matters most. Efficiency, productivity, growth, impact, and their people apply these to build practical solutions through their platform which enables businesses to operate more effectively and make smarter, real-time decisions.

They have a reputation as a high-performing organisation, grounded in clear objectives, a unified vision, and open communication. They love innovation, technology, and genuine teamwork which they combine to clear away obstacles, sharpen abilities, and free developers up to focus on meaningful work.

The Opportuntiy

As a Senior Software Engineer you’ll take ownership of complex features and play a part in guiding the technical direction of the companies products.

You’ll bring solid front-end skills in Angular and TypeScript, helping shape architectural decisions, tackling difficult problems, and building scalable, high-quality software for a modern SaaS environment. You’ll also make use of AI-assisted tools to boost both productivity and code standards. Familiarity with back-end technologies like .NET or Java is a plus, though not required.

This role carries genuine influence, blending hands-on development work with technical leadership and mentoring responsibilities. If you’re motivated by building applications that scale, raising the bar on quality, and helping colleagues grow, you’ll find a good fit here.

Your Team

You’ll be part of a collaborative, cross-functional Agile team working closely with engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders. They prioritise collective ownership, transparent communication, and ongoing improvement.

You’ll help foster an environment where new ideas are valued, feedback flows freely, and people grow together - taking an active hand in mentoring others and building up team strength.

Your Impact

You’ll have a direct hand in shaping major product initiatives, taking charge of designing and delivering intricate front-end features while helping steer technical direction.

You’ll push for engineering excellence by championing best practices, embedding test-driven development, and promoting AI-assisted development to boost efficiency, quality, and innovation. This is a high-impact role that combines technical depth with leadership and mentoring.

Requirements

  • Solid expertise in Angular and TypeScript, along with strong programming, testing, and debugging abilities

  • A good grasp of architecture, security, deployment, and distributed systems (back-end familiarity is a bonus)

  • A dedication to code quality, test-driven development, and ongoing improvement, including adoption of AI-assisted tools

  • A track record of delivering complex systems while managing dependencies and risk

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, able to engage both technical and non-technical audiences

  • An analytical approach, mentoring experience, and a focus on accessibility and delivering customer value
