Job description

  • Deliver end-to-end web applications and workflows that support high-impact operational needs., * Design and build AI-assisted developer tooling that improves day-to-day engineering productivity.
  • Integrate automated workflows for code review, testing, and quality checks into existing pipelines.
  • Prototype, evaluate, and refine experimental capabilities based on user feedback and measurable outcomes.
  • Experiment with agentic or semi-autonomous systems to assist with repetitive development tasks.

Requirements

  • 12+ years with a technical BS (or 16 years without a degree). Estimated annual compensation: $308,000/year.
  • Core skills: Software Development, Machine Learning/Artificial Intelligence, Workflow automation, Software Testing, DevOps, Javascript.
