ERP Systems Analyst

We are seeking an experienced ERP Systems Analyst to support an ERP implementation for a client. This is a highly collaborative, client-facing consulting role where you’ll partner with business stakeholders and an ERP implementation team to help modernize critical finance, tax, and revenue collection processes.

The ideal candidate has experience supporting ERP implementations from discovery through go-live, excels at translating business needs into functional requirements, and enjoys working directly with clients to solve complex business challenges.

Responsibilities

• Partner with client stakeholders to gather and document business and functional requirements
• Lead discovery sessions and process-mapping workshops
• Analyze current business processes and identify opportunities for improvement
• Perform gap analysis between existing workflows and ERP functionality
• Develop functional specifications and supporting documentation
• Collaborate with the ERP implementation team to support system configuration
• Assist with data mapping, validation, and migration activities
• Develop and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) plans and test scripts
• Facilitate UAT sessions with business users and validate system functionality
• Track implementation issues and coordinate resolution with project stakeholders
• Support go-live planning, deployment activities, and post-implementation stabilization

• 5+ years of experience as an ERP Systems Analyst, Functional Consultant, or Business Systems Analyst
• Experience supporting full lifecycle ERP implementations
• Strong client-facing consulting and stakeholder management skills
• Experience facilitating requirements gathering workshops and business process analysis
• Experience developing functional specifications and supporting UAT activities
• Strong understanding of ERP financial modules, including Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), or Revenue Management
• Experience working with municipal, local government, or public sector ERP environments
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to travel approximately 50%, * Experience with municipal tax billing or revenue collection processes
• Experience implementing municipal ERP platforms such as Tyler Munis, CentralSquare, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, SAP Public Sector, Edmunds, or similar solutions
• Knowledge of fund accounting concepts
• Experience with SQL, Excel, Power BI, Visio, Lucidchart, Jira, or Confluence
