Job description

Reporting directly to the Senior Manager of AOPS team, you will serve as a Senior Data Scientist responsible for designing and delivering AI-driven analytical solutions to support and elevate analytics within Epsilon’s Digital Media Solutions.

The Data Intelligence team within AOPS is responsible for the design and development of innovative AI solutions including tools and applications that enhance the capabilities of Epsilon’s analytics platforms. These solutions are intended to improve the productivity of our analytics teams by optimizing costs, reducing turnaround time and manual effort, and increasing client satisfaction.

You’ll collaborate closely with Analytics and Engineering teams, fostering cross-functional partnerships to drive impactful results., * Develop end-to-end AI solutions, from data processing and model training to deployment and monitoring.

  • Experienced in developing custom MCP servers and seamlessly embedding them within mature agentic harnesses to drive advanced AI workflows.
  • Optimize AI pipelines for performance, accuracy, and scalability across various deployment environments.
  • Expand your understanding of the digital marketing retail media landscape and discover how our analytics solutions increase value for Epsilon’s clients.
  • Unlock significant growth opportunities within Data Intelligence and across AOPS, with pathways for technical leadership.
  • Collaborate closely within Analytics teams to design and develop cutting-edge AI solutions.

Requirements

  • A Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
  • 5-8 years of professional experience in designing and developing AI-based analytical tools and applications, data processing, report automation, and dashboard platforms.
  • Hands-on experience in developing LLM-based solutions and architecting advanced retrieval pipelines.
  • Ability to perform thorough data driven comparative analysis and demonstrate differences between multiple solution approaches.
  • Proficiency in distributed data platforms (such as Greenplum, Hadoop, Databricks)
  • Strong programming and development skills in Python and SQL.
  • Ability to design and build production-ready systems that embed AI into custom applications, including the conceptual design of intuitive, visually compelling interactive dashboards and components.
  • Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally and effectively discuss requirements.
  • Experience in software development within Agile frameworks including related project tracking tools like Git, JIRA, Confluence.
  • Experience in validating AI solutions.
